SESWA started its efforts from the grass root level in 1986 as youth organization and become a professional NGO after along struggle. SESWA believes that development with out community participation is not possible. People must be involved in the project cycle, from identification to planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. Therefore SESWA in its operational area has formed several community organizations and under take different activities successfully with their consultation.
